3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and slight variations may occur between batches.

5. Allergens

6. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. As our products are perishable, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from missed deliveries or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion if products arrive damaged, incorrect, or with a clear quality issue. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
9. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law.
10. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Subscription orders will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the stated cut-off time. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account. Prices may be amended with reasonable notice.
