Kind Juices Shipping / Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to the following UK postcodes:

• TW1 – St Margaret’s, Twickenham
• TW7 – Isleworth
• TW9 – Richmond

Orders placed outside these postcodes cannot be fulfilled for delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged depending on the number of days of the plan.

• £2 per delivery day

Delivery charges by plan:

• 1-day plan: £2 delivery
• 3-day plan: £6 delivery
• 5-day plan: £6 delivery (delivery charges are capped at 3 days)

Maximum delivery charge per order: £6

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made according to the selected plan and delivery days chosen at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our products are perishable.

Morning Delivery Slots

You may select one of the following delivery windows:

• 6:00am – 7:00am
• 7:00am – 8:00am
• 8:00am – 9:00am
• 6:00am – 9:00am

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic or local conditions.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No safe place available
• Incorrect address details
• No response at the delivery location

we cannot be held responsible for spoilage or issue refunds.

Collection (Alternative to Delivery)

If your postcode is outside our delivery area, or you prefer to collect your order, collection is available from Elvis and Ivy.
